Richmond Oceanfront Hotel Miami Beach, Miami Beach

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was fantastic, right on the waterfront with a wonderful pool area and vibrant surroundings, the rooms were a bit disappointing. They were old, worn, and not very clean, definitely not suitable for families. The service was a let-down as well, with slow and indifferent staff. However, the hotel had professional service and the location had a vibrant atmosphere.

The hotel offers a beautiful view overlooking the pool and beach, but the rooms are outdated and small, making the stay somewhat uncomfortable. The service was mixed, with some friendly staff but also strange fees charged unexpectedly. The location is convenient and clean, although some upgrades could enhance the experience. The dining options were minimal and not worth the price, but the facilities were adequate for a short stay.

I booked a room with a pool and sea view, which really made my stay worthwhile. The location is excellent right on South Beach, offering convenience and a great beach experience. The staff members were very nice and willing to accommodate any requests. However, the rooms were in need of refurbishment and didn't match the advertised images, giving off a constant smokey odor from the air vents. Despite this, the hotel still has potential with a little bit of care.
